How accurate do you think an ultrasound is to determine sex of child?

I had an ultrasound at 19 weeks,and it shows that it is a girl.Her legs are wide open and there is nothing there,but my cousin just had a baby and they thought it was going to be a girl but it ended up being a boy.So you can understand why I am being so optomistic.

both of ours were boys and the ultrasound was correct
